Buck Tui BBQ has become a Kansas City favorite for those craving an inventive twist on Thai-inspired barbecue. Founded by Chef Ted Liberda and his wife, Buck Tui began as a humble pop-up before opening its first brick-and-mortar location in Overland Park, Kansas. From the start, the Buck Tui BBQ Menu showcased a fusion of Thai spices with Kansas City smokehouse tradition, quickly turning heads and taste buds alike.
Word spread fast — smoky brisket with lemongrass glaze and Thai chili burnt ends were soon local legends.
As the restaurant’s reputation grew, so did its offerings, with a few secret menu items quietly circulating among loyal fans — dishes that blend bold Thai herbs with classic BBQ flair.
