Pruett’s BBQ Menu has been a Southern favorite since 1976, when founders Max and Betty Pruett opened their first humble smokehouse in Gadsden, Alabama. What started as a small family-run joint soon became a local legend, known for its hickory-smoked meats and friendly, down-home atmosphere.
