Home Team BBQ Sullivan’s Island Menu began with pitmaster Aaron Siegel’s 2006 Charleston dream—what started in West Ashley quickly grew to a beloved beach outpost on Sullivan’s Island, then expanded across the Carolinas (and beyond) as word spread.
As the years rolled on, the lineup evolved—brisket and pulled pork met tacos, nachos, and those famous Alabama-white-sauce wings—while seasonal specials kept regulars guessing.
