Two Scotts Barbecue began with a simple idea shared by two longtime friends, both named Scott, who wanted to bring authentic, wood-smoked barbecue to Grand Rapids, Michigan. Opening their doors in 2015, they started small, serving up traditional Southern flavors in a cozy, no-frills setting. Word quickly spread, and locals fell in love with the tender brisket, smoky pulled pork, and their famous sauces. With the passing of time, the menu has grown to include hearty sandwiches, flavorful sides, and rotating specials that keep regulars coming back for more.
What many don’t realize, though, is that Two Scotts has a bit of a “secret menu.” From off-menu combos to special cuts that aren’t always listed, adventurous fans can score hidden gems if they know what to ask for.
