Ridgewood Brothers BBQ began as a small passion project when two brothers, inspired by old-school smokehouses, opened their first setup in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. What started as a humble weekend pop-up quickly grew into a local favorite as word spread about their slow-smoked brisket, handcrafted sauces, and authentic wood-fired flavor.
