Ridge View BBQ has been serving up smoky perfection since 1985, when pitmaster George Miller opened the first location in Columbia, South Carolina. What started as a small roadside shack quickly became a community favorite, thanks to George’s slow-smoked meats and tangy, house-made sauces.
