Founded in 1998 by pitmaster brothers Mark and Tony Hill in the heart of Lynchburg, Tennessee, Copper Hill BBQ began as a small roadside smokehouse where locals lined up for tender ribs and brisket sandwiches. As time goes by, word spreads fast — thanks to their hand-rubbed meats, slow-smoked perfection, and legendary homemade sauces. What started as a weekend family joint soon expanded into a beloved Southern BBQ destination.
Today, the Copper Hill BBQ Menu celebrates both tradition and innovation, offering everything from classic pulled pork plates to smoked turkey tacos.
And while fans rave about the new flavors, few know about the secret menu — hidden gems like the “Hilltop Melt” and “Brisket Bomb.”
