Billy Sims BBQ began in 2004, when Heisman Trophy winner Billy Sims teamed up with entrepreneur Jeff Jackson to bring authentic, wood-smoked barbecue to Oklahoma. What started as a single smoke-filled counter quickly expanded across multiple states as fans searched online for “best BBQ near me,” “Billy Sims BBQ menu,” and other related keywords now associated with the brand.
