The Fox Smokehouse BBQ Menu takes you on a tasty journey rooted in tradition and evolved with flair. It all began when founder Dan Fox and his team opened a small pit in Boulder City, Nevada, dedicated to authentic slow-smoked meats and hearty sides. Progressively, the restaurant grew into a local favorite, earning its place in the community with live music, off-the-grid BBQ flavors, and that warm, nostalgic smokehouse vibe.
As demand grew, the menu expanded. The signature brisket and burnt ends stayed at the heart of things, while creative sides and seasonal specials found their way onto the plates.
But beyond the standard offerings lies the “secret menu” — unseen by most, whispered about by loyal fans.
