Roundup Rodeo BBQ first galloped onto the scene inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios, bringing a playful, Western-themed dining experience inspired by Toy Story’s cowboy charm. Created by Disney’s imaginative culinary team, this one-of-a-kind restaurant opened in 2023 as part of Toy Story Land’s expansion. From the start, the Roundup Rodeo BBQ Menu stood out with its all-you-care-to-enjoy, family-style feasts loaded with Texas-style smoked meats, savory sides, and whimsical desserts that look straight out of Andy’s toy box.

As word spread, families and parkgoers lined up for its melt-in-your-mouth brisket, tender ribs, and “Cupcake à la Forky.”

As time goes by, the menu evolved to include plant-based options and a few off-menu surprises whispered about by Disney insiders — the restaurant’s “secret menu.”
